          Ray Civello has been a leader and visionary in the fashion, beauty and wellness industry in Canada for over three decades.

          Combining creative skill and keen business sensibilities, Ray is a successful entrepreneur, coveted international educator, platform artist, editorial stylist, and inspirational public speaker.

          Ray began his career as a well-respected and sought after editorial hairstylist in North America and Europe.

          With this experience he founded his first business, Civello Inc., in 1985, paving the way for his now four successful Civello salons.

          From cutting his sister's hair in his parent's basement, to becoming a philanthropist, leader, and visionary in the fashion, beauty, and wellness industry; ✂️.

          In 1994, Ray established Collega International, the only national distributor for Aveda products in Canada and the parent company of 4 Aveda Institutes and Academy Salons, 15 Aveda retail stores, and 9 corporately owned salons.
